I am Kimberley Spears, the lawyer behind FamilyWise Estate Planning. I graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. While there I won the Moot Court Writing Award, won the Prosser Award, and served as Articles Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. I have a B.A. in English from the University of California, Irvine, where I graduated cum laude, junior Phi Beta Kappa. 

I am the mother of two, and I left a large Silicon Valley law firm to start a personal practice that directly benefits children and their families.

In order to make the estate planning process as convenient as possible, I am happy to meet with you in your own home or office at times that are convenient for you.

I charge flat fees for most services, so that you will feel free to call with questions and concerns during our work together.
